I have a 6100 with a very similar style of limiters, but not exactly the same. Mine DO mount directly inboard of the 3pt arms as OP's were, not above the drawbar. BUT, the other end where it hooks to the arms is much further out, on a separate mounting tab. OP's are just mounted into the other hole for the lift links.
But, i agree about the arms needing to be switched left to right. If you look at the last pic he posted, the
correct hole for those limiter straps is visible.. but it's currently up close to the tractor end because the arms are switched left/right. If you switch the arms this hole will move towards the implement end of the arm, and if you hook your limiter eye bolts to those holes your turnbuckles should be most of the way extended instead of tightened all the way down and still loose. The hole would end up in about the same place as the factory mounting tabs for the limiters on my factory b6100 setup.
