Do you have a SSQA on your loader? (can you drop your bucket and keep the loader on?)

You'll have to add hydraulics in the front (hydraulics in the front could also be used for a grapple). Which takes a little effort but can be done with enough money!!!

Keep in mind this would most likely be "undersized" for an L machine. This particular plow is made for the lighter duty BX. It would work though as Old and Tired mentioned. If you have the quick attach and 3rd function it should hook right up.
