Ai2 has a tie down for the BX24. you can't order it directly. I have checked with them 4 times via email and called (But their messages are full) It's an easy install (10 Minutes)
There is a company in Canada that carries it, but they only ship to Canada
Does anyone else know where to get that tie down?

If you know what it looks like, and they are not willing to sell it to you, then make one on your own. Wherever you buy your steel, will probably cut it for you to the correct dimensions, and all you have to do is drill some holes. If you need a part welded on, then there are lots of welders to ask to help you. You might also find a local hobbiest fabricator.

No drilling needed, but the steel would have to be thick enough and rolled to accept a bolt

Those tiedowns I would think would only be used with a chain hook. I just use 2" ratchet straps and just run it through any area that seems suitable at the time.

Ratchet straps are good, but over multiple uses they tend to abrade.
I have strap EPDM rubber chafing boots that I made.
I slip them over my straps to prevent abrasion at potential wear points.

Have you used the nylon webbing strap sleeves? Where/how did you make the rubber ones? I have only used the nylon webbing, it seems to work fine.

I suspect that the nylon webbing strap sleeves would work fine.
My son is a roofing contractor and has rolls of EPDM (rubber) roofing.

I just cut up some foot long pieces of EPDM, and glued them together, to form tubes over short webbing straps, with d-ring style fittings on each end.
That way I just wrap the the straps around whatever part of the machine I want to connect to, and then hook the long strap into the two d-rings when parallel on the short straps.

That way I do not need designated tractor attach points, but can hook onto the tractor anywhere a rubber covered strap can be wrapped around anything on the tractor.

This provides many options for tie down attach points.
I just hate tearing up Kubota OEM paint!

I used to buy them, but they are made out of the same material as the hydraulic hose sleeve. I make them myself by cutting and singing the edges. I make 2" and 4" versions about 15" long(they slide well). The rubber sounds like a great idea too. got any pictures?

Apache off amazon sells the sleeve in rolls.

I prefer the rubber, as there is absolutely no potential for chafing.
The rubber just grips, without sliding/moving.

I do not have any pictures.
The tractor is currently locked away in one of my barns,..... where it is currently rather cold.
I am where it is comfortably warm outside, and will be here until May.

If it took that long to answer a simple inquiry from a potential customer, imagine how long it will take them to deliver a product once they have your money.

The owner himself handled this and sent me an invoice that I could pay electronically.
The tie downs are on their way.
