L4060 with Loader & Backhoe Length

Anyone with a L4060 + LA805 Loader + BH92 Backhoe that can tell me the approximate overall length (bucket to bucket)? I suspect the L4760 is the same and even the smaller & larger tractors (L3560 - L6060) would be helpful as a point of reference assuming I can add/subtract based on the difference in tractor length. Thank you!

hmm... great question so here is my best guess as not knowing if you want bucket resting on ground, what bucket you are choosing, backhoe gnd resting or dipper/boom retracted AND I am experienced with the 5740 so some adjustment for mounting here is my best guess without having one in front of me.

So for what its worth I am giving best guess from my armchair of:
tractor WB about 1890
LA805 reach with std. bucket on gnd about 1840
BH92 with boom/dipper retracted about 2429 (for the 5740 mounts).
So best guess from the books i have of about 6159mm.

but wouldn't want to be quoted on this one (haha)
hopefully someone with actual hands on for the 4060 will be able to be more accurate for you.

To clarify, what position should the backhoe be in? I ask this because you can make that bucket closer or farther away...but it raises the boom/stick height and that might not work for your ceiling.

I think it’s around 21 feet. I have that combination but BH is off for winter. There’s a YT guy out there with the combo that measured it. If you can’t find it let me know and I’ll search my likes.

Well, thanks for the replies, I should have been more clear why I was asking. I'm looking for temporary storage on my property until I build a garage next summer. I'm considering building a temporary lean-to just to shade & keep the snow off. So dimensions are flexible, but I was targeting the 8ft height of the cab and realize the backhoe comes into play as well. I'll check youtube to see what i can find.

If anyone has suggestions for storage short term, I'm all ears. Considering a shipping container until I read the horror stories of condensation problems and worried it would do more damage than good.

I’m upgrading from a 2501 to hopefully an L4060. I have a 20’ bumper pull trailer with a dove tail and the fold up knee ramps.

As of right now my final deciding factor is length…. What is the length from the front of the standard LA805 loader/bucket, to the back of the rear tires?

Awesome! Thanks for finding the video. Just watched it and he measured exactly what I was looking for. Thanks also for measuring the height of the backhoe when it's in transport position. I also ordered the R4 tires, so it will be very close. I can't thank you enough for the help.

I have the HD bucket with bolt on edge and my bucket is put away, snow pusher is on. I think I measured from the front of the bucket to the brush guard for someone recently - I can take a 2nd measurement from brush guard back to rear tires if you want.
