We will soon be loading up the MKX, and heading out to the boonies for a loooonnnngggg drive tonight.
Fireworks scare my poor little pup to death.
And in the Phoenix area, fireworks used to be illegal to own, buy, sell, or use anywhere in any of the city limits. But a few years ago, they made them legal to sell & buy, (can you say kickbacks?) but they are still illegal tp use. Apparently you are supposed to take them to the dunes, the lake, or out of town somewhere.
Of course no one does, and the cops run themselves ragged trying to get to the millions of calls for illegal use of fireworks.
Sometimes I really hate people.

It's -1F here and getting colder so I doubt there'll be much in the way of fireworks tonight .... but we'll see.
