Hydraulic quick coupler never works properly, always have to get off machine with a hammer and tap to get pins to go down , any one else have this issue ?

Some things to do or think about if you haven't already. Lubricate pins, check for debris in pin movement path, check pin range of movements without attaching an implement. One other poster had bent pins. Are the hydraulics laboring when you move the pin? Does it happen with multiple attachments?

The two lever? I have the same feature on a tractor. I have run across the lever assembly bushing/paint causing binding. Disconnect the ram, and make sure the lever assembly/pin move freely. If not investigate where the rub is coming from.
Happens with every attachment pins are lubricated and all is new 140 hr machine , first 82 hrs was put on by dealership trying to solve issues
Some attachments go on tight, some loose. My QA is manual and sometimes I need to step on the bucket cutting edge to get the pins to seat nicely if I'm picking it off un-level ground.
I'd rather have a tight fit attachment instead of a sloppy fit.

The problem with the hydraulic two lever not working right, is you are not able to easily move the levers manually. You would think the cylinder would over power any binding in the levers, however I believe the pressure is regulated down to keep the assembly from breaking. Every time I have come across this, it is binding in the lever/bushings/mount pins, or a bent front ssqt mount plate. If the ram is removed, the levers work as a manual quick plate, and you can easily find the source of the binding. Don't forget the mount for the ram itself can be the source of the binding. I always had to ream out/clean powder coat off the mount bosses.
