Dead instrument panel

Everything on the instrument panel is dead or not working. Fuse No 10 is blown and when you try to replace it sparks fly and it blows the new fuse.

you'll need to unplug the dash and see if the fuse holds. If so it is time to pull the dash and have it repaired.

You have something that is touching ground in that circuit - check for rats/mice, chaffed wires under the hood and everywhere else. I wire could have rubbed the insulation off and is now touching the bare metal of the hood or the frame.

I have same issue on my side display. Thought I had it fixed, but it went out again.

Yup!
Mice ruined my instrument cluster wiring.
For a 30 year old Ford 1920, I was able to find a new replacement through Messick's.
