I finally made a decision on a size & ordered (2) new 29-12.5-15 rear turf tires for my B6200. I'll measure the inflated circumference before deciding on new front tires. The cheap Carlisle 21-7-10 front tires I already purchased have a smaller inflated circumference than my original Bridgestone 20.5-8-10 front tire, so they aren't technically true to size, & they are only 2 ply instead of the 4 ply I ordered. Not yet sure if I'll replace the incorrect front tires with 20-8-10 turf tires or find trailer tires with the correct circumference.
Kenda Tire does offer a 4 ply in your original Bridgestone’s tire size if interested.
20.5-8-10.

I finished cutting up that massive tree branch that I pulled down. I don't burn firewood so I just put whatever I cut on the curb. It usually gets taken in a day or two. No point letting it rot in the woods.

Then I spent a few minutes determining why one of my led replacement bulbs in the rear fender light was really dim. Bad ground. Kubota uses the fender as the ground leg. The light socket on the other end is a hollow threaded tube. The single wire goes through the tube to the center connection and the threaded tube is supposed to make the connection to the fender. It was pretty corroded and nasty looking.

When I tried loosening the 17mm nut the whole light was turning. I put mouse milk on it and will let it sit until tomorrow but just working it back n forth caused it to make a better connection.

It was barely glowing before. Worst case, I'll clean the threaded portion, put another nut on over an electrical eyelet connector and run it over to a better ground.

50 hour service today….at 52 hours 🤷🏼‍♂️. Then I grabbed some rocks that had been dug out some weeks back. Cleaned up a couple more trees yesterday that I had felled for esthetic purposes.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much did it cost you to do the entire service? And what did you do?
$87 I believe, engine oil change, and both hydraulic filters. Dropped enough hydro doing the suction filter that I more or less changed half of that 😂

All done and here I am parked under my entrance; The Davis Vineyard, LP, but no grapes have been grown here since the mid 1800's which was before my G Granddad bought it in 1899 & 1904. I bought it in 2004, which was exactly 100 years after he bought it.

Not sure if anyone else had this problem or not, but my hoe levers on my bh77 backhoe would hit when pushing them towards the outside of the machine. So I cut them and centered them in the hole and re welded them. Now it swings perfectly and the bucket opens properly. Nothing like cutting apart a brand new machine lol

When my BH77 arrived in 2019 I was putting it through its checkout ride in an open area. All of a sudden, an outrigger would retract and I thought I had broken something. Nope. A little while later....same thing. Now paying attention, I found a combined motion of swinging the boom to the right and up would cause the rubber boot to activate the stabilizer lever and the tractor would drop on that side. Same combination on the dipper stick would do the same on the other side. I showed the dealer and they offered to take it to the shop and see what they could do. But that would take a while.

In a couple of hours, I made two new stabilizer levers that were re shaped to avoid those conditions. Problem solved. The control valves are just too close together with no room for error in the making and positioning of the control handles.

Originals on top. Soaking the originals in boiling water allowed the rubber tips to slide off and get placed on the new handles.....after they were painted black, of course.

Below is the original configuration. You can see how close the rubber boot is to the outrigger levers even with the control handles sitting in the "neutral" position.

Very nice! I bet That’s what my out riggers are getting stuck on as well. I didnt Bother to look at that issue yet. Was saving that for Sunday. But i bet thats it. Thanks for the info man
