3 point hitch won't lower

No, Part 70 is the actual position control lever. It is below the fender on a axle pin mounted to the trans housing. If you have a cab, you may have to lift the seat if you cannot get to the jamb nut behind the tire.
Your picture is below the three point cylinder housing.

the 3 point linkage does not start raising until around 3 or 4 units on the lever on both my last B2601 and current LX. With the lever bottomed out, the holes on the lower arms are about 7.5" above the ground. When I had the dealer check my B2601 for "no movement until 4 units" I was told it was to spec and this was normal. The LX behaves the same way.

You can get your implements on and off, however? I will measure mine before I leave as well. Either way. I Gotta pick up my snowblower so it ain't a huge deal.

With no implement on and the lever at 0, the bottom bracket of the 3pt is at 9.75"; for the bottom holes I will check after work. Assuming it will be 10.5-11".The tractor does not fit in my enclosed trailer... too tall by 2-3 inches after the dovetail.

So I will have to rent a trailer tomorrow.

Nut 60-50 is the lock nut for the adjustment according to this drawing. The bracket 10 should be slotted.

When looking at it, it stays near the middle with a little tolerance per side when sliding the lever up and down. It is not butted to one side.

I've gotten it down from all my time building custom sleds for snowmobiling each year. And not having snow... A lot of drinking, staring, starting to smell the two-stroke. At least with the tractor, I can drive it. : HAHAHA

Well.. I've got good news? Or bad news? Maybe both...

Okay so I didn't touch any adjusters. Hooked up the box blade. To move it. Put up my raised stands to place it so I could unhook it.

Parked the tractor and released the lever all the way. It went down to where I could hook it up no stands or lifting the implement on. Measured it. 8". Good enough for me.

Then I put the box blade back on. Put it on the level ground and now it won't go back to 8" it stays at 14.5.

More bad news. Went to open and close the 3pt adjustment... It's stuck. Won't move.

I can move it back and forth about 5% of a full turn.

When pulled the pins I can push those lift rods down all the way. Easily with my hand. But..

I put the lever to 0 again. They Saturday up. Had to push with my hand. Which makes me assume it is stuck in the closed position? Or nearly closed..

I am talking about the telescopic sway links inboard of the lower 3 point arms. Pull the middle adjustment pin and leave it out to see if that makes a difference. Seems very short of throw for the center flow control knob. Usually they are 90 degrees adjustable. Maybe someone else can chime in. If that is not able to fully open it can hold up the three point when un loaded.

Negative 5% total. Won't turn more than that. Up. Down for the 3pt hitch. Nothing more. Tried. Idle. Higher rpms as well.

Hmmm. Well, I'm a newbie to the real Kubota tractor world, but that strikes me as odd.
On the BX it moves more than 5%

Other more experienced fellas will chime in on that fact.

yeah I figured one whole rotation or so. I remember the salesman showing me that when it first arrived about two weeks ago. And I even remember doing it yesterday or two -3 days ago... Just odd that it is now stuck. I did get it to move maybe 15%... But still doesn't move the 3pt down any further than the 14.5".

I ain't gonna try anymore manual pressure. Don't wanna snap anything.

I can't get under and see those assemblies for it. It is tucked up between everything. I took the grommet off and can see the 080 to 090. That is it.

I could be waaaay off base, but I seem to vaguely recall my sales guy telling me to adjust that knob only when my 3-point was in the fully UP position. (I could also lock the 3pt up as well, if I wanted to)
That was months ago, so, I could be way off base.

Also, it's a BX not an LX I am referring to.

Couldn't hurt to try it....it's free to try !

Should be able to adjust it whenever without the control lever moving. It only controls free flow out of the three point cylinder.
Yours is stuck...
