Like the 1 inch rod being to weak. Actually the 1 inch rod is more then capable of lifting the specs requested per the requirements I could find online. The LA525 bucket can lift 1131 LBS and this cylinder is rated way beyond that. So they may actually end up being stronger not weaker.
Lastly as far as fitting go the new Hydro uses "SAE 6". I could not locate which type this front loader has but if its not right I can get fittings etc to match.
