I had recently purchased a nice used 60" BB for my BX, and although it pulls it easily in gravel, "haven't tried soil" yet, I was wondering if BX series was capable of the box weight. So I thought I would do some more fishing on what the BX is really capable of weight wise. I found this. Turns out the BX 2680 is more capable than I thought.

Well, all I can say is that my B2910 will stop in its tracks with wheels spinning if I get too aggressive with my 60” box blade.

So I think that chart is pretty optimistic. Unless dealing with loose sand...😀...on the level or going down hill...

Ha.. shoulda got a BX! Lol joking of course! Yeah I figure dirt will be a different story but I wouldn't try to get too aggressive with it.

I was starting to wonder about just the weight of it hanging back there often.. "the reason for checking". Now I'm wondering if it might be too much wear and tear on bearings if I put my 2" spacers on. Their not a must for what I do with it, probably wait till warranty is up on it.
