Huh. Well that's definitely a 3PH mount. No sign of a limiter bar or provision for one. No sign of the mounting kits shown in the parts diagrams on kubotabooks. I agree with kubotasam -- that looks like a rebadged Woods BH750. His PDF of that manual is probably your best bet for information.

No sign of the seat, either! Is it included but just not in the picture?
Seats off at the moment. The guy I got it off painted it aMs took it off.

Woods built them for Kubota , Bolens and Yanmar that I have seen. Possibly others.

Where can I get more Info on the limiter?
The Woods BH750 doesn't have one. But on some of the other Kubota backhoes that mount to the 3ph, there is a limiter bar that snugs up underneath the 3ph lower arms, about 1/2 way along their length, locking the backhoe in a little more securely. (If material strength was infinite, the mast ear could be removed from the top link bracket and the weight of the backhoe carried entirely by the lower arms, but I don't plan to test that theory! )

It also swings down and makes a handy stand when the backhoe is removed from the tractor.

Something similar could be fabricated for your L4620, I'm sure. I'll take some pictures of mine but at the moment mine is off the tractor as I'm using the landplane to touch up my driveway. So it will be a few days.

Thanks! I appreciate the help.

The B8200 heavy duty top link bracket is the top right one. You can see how it wraps around the 3ph lift cylinder casting and distributes the load better with extra meat and mounting bolts

Hi, I too am looking for this top link. Do you happen to have the part number to order? I have the woods 750 on my B8200 and it seems that it may be on an undersized bracket. It is currently connect via 3pt. Probably been that way for 30years but this is all new to me as well...and would like to sure it up.
Thanks

My woods Backhoe with a 12" bucket mounts on the 3PH with the PTO used to drive a pump on the backhoe itself. No sub-frame mounting, etc.,
Do you have the bh750 as well?...it's a beast for the size of the machine. I have the 16 inch bucket. It's probably too big.
