Could be it’s not warmed up, or the RPMs are too low.

Keep RPM around 1800 and see if that helps smooth it out a bit. Flow at WOT makes it harder to control, particularly if you haven’t had a good bit of seat time using the loader.

If that doesn’t help, more specifics would likely lead to better answers.

The prior models; L2800 and L3400 - early models would get a crack in the 2" hydraulic return hose that would make the FEL be pretty jerky. You might check it to see if a mouse chewed a hose (since new ones were made from a different rubber that did not crack...)

How exactly is it jerky, through out the cycle of raising (or lowering?) or just at the start and/or stop of the raise?
