We got a Grapple from Everything Attachments (Talk to Travis) and absolutely love it. This thing is built. Moved all kinds of stuff and never left the seat..

Finished my wooden backhoe dolly. I used 4" wheels, the two closes to the tractor are fixed and the two at the bucket end swivel. Makes it a lot easier to remove and attach the backhoe.

How did you get so lucky Bearbait? LOL.

Every time I clean my yard out it snows again.
Well I'm kinda taking a chance, I have to go in Friday to have my shoulder operated on so I'll be laid up for 6 or 7 weeks. We really haven't had much of a winter here to speak of mostly rain so I'm rolling the dice. Nothing like having the bucket on the tractor to do the lifting for me.

Yes, guess you'd want to do that before you get your surgery done for sure. Hope it goes well.
And you can use the loader if it does snow anyway.

Kind of the same here.....not much snow at all east of me, but we keep getting lake effect off Lake Superior.

Spent the whole day cutting rushes. Racing the "Beast from the East". We are actually supposed to be getting some snow, so the whole country will be grinding to a halt :p

Flash flood really rutted our drive. It also overpowered our culvert and sent water rushing over the top. Washed a lot of rock.

Using the back blade and bucket repaired the ruts. Using the bucket I hauled large chunks of concrete from a neighbors demo project to reinforce the culvert area.

Using the blade I also made the drain ditch bigger...

If you did something to or on you're tractor today and you don't want to start a new thread then post it here :D

I installed a horn I took from a tiny Toyota and then installed a decompression cable on mine today. Was going to do a little grading on the drive but got tired :(

Changed the front tires.

Put the back blade bak on and plowed 8" of wet, heavy snow. Got another 2" since and it's supposed to keep going till 3am. High wind, no power - glad I have a generator. March - you gotta love it - NOT!!!

Bought my BX2380 new in August. Put just over three hours on it mowing and after this morning fifteen snowblowing. This was the really wet heavy stuff about a foot deep. Never seen such a great blower/tractor combination, my old cub cadet would have been plugged and stuck in this stuff.

Mike -- sorry to hear no power. That's a b!tch anytime, but more-so in the cold weather for many. :(

Winds are tough on the hills, not bad in our valley at all. There are few hundred customers out of power - most in one town.

Fingers crossed....

We have ~16" here. Put box blade on couple weeks ago. Good thing, with a stone driveway and snowblower, I just lengthened top link, and smoothed/packed the 4" we had this morning into the stone...worked good, and gave me a base to run snowblower over this afternoon!

A couple of days ago I did a brush run for my neighbor as a way of thanking him for letting me use his tractor. We ended up taking two trailer loads up to the dump:

Today I finished up the job by cleaning up all the slash that was left over:

All done…… :D

Put my moweraxles on my mower deck. They are very nice and will make maintaining and cleaning my mower deck so much easier. I had to take my rear blade and 3ph off so i could put the backhoe on to get to the mower deck but, it gave me some time on the kubota finally. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. [emoji4]

I know what I'll be doing tomorrow - plowing . . . again. Topped off everything and filled all cans with diesel and gas. We're getting another 'Nor Eastah and it's looks to be bigger than the last one.
