Very frustrating, I know. I told the salesman after I discovered they did not add oil to the front axle that I did not even want them touching my tractor anymore. That was when he offered to have a tech come out and inspect it. They installed the backhoe and left a fitting loose and it eventually spun free dumping most of my hydraulic fluid. They ran the wire for my 3rd function between the hydraulic loader lines and loader frame, chafing the wire and blowing a few fuses before I found the issue. I regarded the wire and fitting issue as honest mistakes, but when I realized there was no oil in the front axle, that was a bit much.
Like I told the salesman, "I thought there would have been a bit more professionalism from a Kubota dealer."
