What tractor model number started using the metal fenders ?
or what was the last model number using plastic fenders?

BX2200 is all metal...fenders, hood, etc. I assume the BX1800 is as well.

It seems that only the BX50 series had the plastic hood and fenders. See the 5:30 min. mark of the video:
