Why would my backhoe move slowly to the right on max RPM? Yet Swinging the backhoe to the left has good cadence.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting both of the quick disconnects for the backhoe.

Move the rubber boot to make sure the lever isn’t hitting the housing. The lever throw is slightly adjustable.

Yep, I bet it's this. I had to both tighten the rod connections and stack washers under some points on the plates to get good function on mine. For me, it was the bucket curl. It closed fast and opened at a snails pace.

If it's not the linkage on the controls (most likely) it could be a damaged hose (crimped) or a cylinder seal blown internally).
