Using the SAE number, do a search on eBay, and eventually an amber one will show up. Presently there is a red light assembly listed for $5.00 with $3.50 shipping. On the 24th a pair (red & amber) sold for $8.99 with free shipping.

The one linked above should be correct. They are pretty much a standardized 4" lens. If you want it quicker a local auto parts store will probably have it. I know most all NAPA's carry or can get them.

I bought a whole light on eBay when I was losing lenses. I installed a set of light guards from Specialty Repairs up in Canada. Haven't lost a lens since.
