I have a L305 that is a 1983 to 1988 model not sure on exact year. I had to pull and clean injector pump after replacing head gasket tractor ran good for a few months then it became increasingly hard to start I have noticed some fuel around the outside of injector pump I have tightened lines and bleed air but still no start I have noticed that glow plugs will not get warm unless a jumper wire is attached to each one and even with warm glow plugs still no start any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated

It is never a good idea to apply 12 volts directly to a glow plug. It can cause the plug to fail from overheating and leave harmful metal and ceramic shards inside the cylinder.

Do you have a multi meter. If not buy a cheap one but just for use on the tractor not on any higher voltage stuff like household wiring.

$10 to $15 will get you one.

Here is one on amazon.com
Multi meter

Disconnect the wiring from each glow plug and measure the resistance from the electrical terminal to the Cylinder head. Readings should be around 1 ohm.

The glow indicator on the dash should be starting to heat up and glow when the key switch is held in the pre heat position.

If this is not happening either all glow plugs are blown, the key switch is bad/not original, or there is a wiring issue. Mice chewed wires......

Without properly operating glow plugs starting wont happen.

The cylinder head was removed. Have you checked valve clearances?

The glow indicator is a special resistor wired in series with the GP's to drop the plug voltage to around 10.5.

When the key switch is turned to START, the GP's continue to heat but the glow indicator is bypassed. This is because the starter current draw lowers the battery voltage.

Having a 12 volt test light is useful so you can easily monitor when the GP's are being powered.

Your search for the solution needs to be a planned deliberate series of steps not a haphazard jumping around.

Have you done a compression test? Why was the cylinder head removed? What work was done on the removed head?

Huge red flags on these statements!
I would pull the injection pump and the injector and have them tested and professionally rebuilt.
And Yes also do a compression test, and fix the electrical system so the glow plugs are getting powered properly.
