Living here in the colder area of the USA and running a business for many years I see the UPS driver three or four times a week for deliverys or shipping out orders. Generally they same guy is good for a year of so then hes moved to another area or gets bored delivering
out in the sticks driving miles between stops instead of doing 20 stops in a quarter mile.
But over the years I've see a couple drivers that wore shorts ALL winter. 0*f or 20*f above zero day after day they wear shorts. Red bright red cold legs. The current driver I have is a wear shorts one. A really nice guy. But this morning it was -3*f here at 7 am. By 11am when he rolled in it had warmed to 20*F. And there he was wearing shorts. I never mention it to him but I was frozen all day wearing long johns. LOL.
I'd love to hear someone in Dulth say Oh Yes it was -20* today at noon and the UPS driver was in his shorts too !
