2750D Snowblower lock up

I have a 2750 D snowblower hooked to a BX1850. Something in the blower gearbox shifted and it locked up and stalled the tractor. The auger will not turn at this time. I had the same issue a few years ago and had a local tractor shop "fix" the issue. Does anyone know what might cause this issue?

Sorry drewrogers, but I have to axe; you are _absolutely certain_ that there is not a piece of your driveway concrete (or a rock ETC) wedged between the augar and the frame or some other pinch point? Right? For example, I am currently having a/an electrical issue with my L 5450 and without warning yesterday when I went to lift my hood at my first investigation the hood would not lift more than an inch! WTF!! Guess what; it was getting pinched at the hood hinge by a piece of gravel.

I did check for any stones or ice in the pinch points.

If you disconnect the blower pto will pto engage or is it in the tractor that is the issue? Step by step gotta break it to to isolate the issue. I would start there can you turn pto or augers or impeller by hand at all even wiggle? Gear box have sufficient oil? Is it milky? Any sign of oil leaks or seepage? Water in gear box from bad seal? Frozen?

You can pull out shear pins to try to locate it even further.
