Rusty - - Umm, I don't think it's possible for a rear tire to leak hydraulic fluid.....
I do see you have a B2920...
Better description and pictures will help.
You either have:
(1) a rear axle seal leaking hydraulic fluid onto the tire, or
(2) a tire leaking whatever fluid has been used to fill the tire for weight (we call that "ballast"). That's not normally hydraulic fluid. It's often Calcium fluid, beet juice (Rimguard), or windshield washer fluid.
