The "down" bucket does not work well especially when first started. Seems to be better after driving some. Just performed the 400 hr service and changed/refilled all fluids. A new "screech" has now started, but only in driving not using the bucket. Not sure if the two are related.

I dont want to cause damage if there is a simple solution.

Welcome to the forum Tyler!

The screech - same sound when the hydraulic bypass kicks in? IF you unsure what that sounds like -raise the bucket all the way and hold stick, should hear a "noise" - or raise the 3 point high and hold.

The fluids you used are ??? KUBOTA ?

Have you checked fluid level after changing?

Do you mean a screech when you dump the bucket down, or when you lower the loader arms?

Screech or whine? It has been reported that SUDT produces less whine than UDT. As 85Hokie asked, what fluid did you put in when you changed it.

Also good idea to do what he suggested and see what the pressure relief valve sounds like when it operates, as a basis for comparison.

Ok...more diagnostics. Two separate issues.

1st. Fluids are all recommended Kabota.

2nd: raising bucket/3 point to stops produces no sound. Issue with bucket seems to clear up once warmed up.

3rd: "screech" occurs while driving and at speed. Slow down and it stops. Appears to be coming from the front axle area. Checked front axle fluid and is in range, but is "frothy"; bubbles in the oil. Was just replace with Kabota 80/90 gear oil.

Going to drain/replace front wheel oil again and see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for the thoughts thus far.

Any chance you could get a recording of the "screech"? It might be easier to figure out what it is if we could hear it.

Ok. More diagnostics & solutions.

The easy one first - "screech ": this is real technical, front drive shaft cover gets dry and dirty. Tolerance is just right that at speed it rubs on the drive shaft and screeches. A few drops of oil cleared that up.

Second - bucket issue: 3-point "high stop" is such that it continues to be trying to raise the 3-point which then takes power away from the bucket
Hydraulics....and they dont work. Drop the 3-point a touch and all is cool. Adjust the high point stop to correct the problem.
