Brush guard for MX5400

I have the factory grill guard, do not find any aftermarket guards that will protect the grill while using my grapple. Has anyone done anything more than placing expanded metal over the factory grill guard? Concerned about the sides of the grill.

There have been some shown here for different models but they tend to be very pricey. Your best bet is to make your own or have a shop in the area add to the one you have.

They're not hard to build if you can weld a little, but if I were going to pay someone I'd get the one listed above by edrichy, it looks awesome. I built this one with a mig welder from harbor freight. The guy at the metal shop gave me the metal from his scrap bin, so a couple of hours work and a couple kubota orange spray cans invested got me this one at a minimal cost.

I private msg’d him on Facebook, i forwarded my email address in one of the msg’s,wanted to know what model tractor I had and said he would have some ready around January 10th, iasked him if he took PayPal and he said he would invoice me, so I am waiting for further direction.

Did anyone else use PayPal and how does the payment & ordering process work?

Personally, I like the expanded mesh better and it allows better air flow as well. Myself, I've never had the need for any.

Yes i am. It takes a little extra effort but not difficult by any means
