Hi-
A few month's ago I installed the rear remote package on my Kubota BX1860. I plan to get a hydraulic top-link for driveway maintenance in the near future, but at this point haven't really had the chance or ability to test these.
I did move the levers back and forth after install and have noticed they seem stiff; like there is pressure on both levers when moved in either direction.
Is this normal? Is this due to the fact that the fluid doesn't have anywhere to go, so it stops at the quick connects? Is there some kind of test I could do (without a top link or implement) to confirm that everything is functioning normally?
I have had hoses hooked up to one set of remotes and didn't have any issues coupling the quick couplers - like there didn't seem to be any pressure built up behind the female coupler on the tractor.
Thanks for any help with this! I followed the instructions to the letter and am confident that I didn't screw anything up during the install process.
