Torque on LA534 Loader B2650 to Main Frame

Checking in the Manual and they are talking about an M14 and M12 Bolt (whatever that means????) It states on page 26 that M14 bolts get 111ft-lbs and the M12 bolts get 59ft-lbs. That would be all well and good except the fact that there are three different size bolts which attach the Main Frame to the Tractor. I will include two photos to show you what I mean. They were all pretty loose and I want to make sure the Torque is correct before I do too much more with the loader. The three sizes you will see are 17MM, 19MM and 22MM. Thank you for all and any light you can shed on this issue.

M14 is a 14mm bolt and 12mm is a 12mm bolt, bolts are sized by thread size not wrench size.

M14, etc. refers to bolt diameter. I think M14's are often 22MM wrench size and M14's are often 19MM, but that's just from memory.

Honestly, I when I check mine I just make sure good and "snug." Maybe 80+ ft/lbs, but I don't use a torque wrench. Same idea checked lug nuts.

If you take a moment and look at the info on the head of the loader attachment bolts, on the ones clearly visible you see the number 8.8.

That 8.8 is informing you on the mechanical strength of the bolt in the metric world. Stronger bolts would have 10.9

You have been told the bolt size in the recommended torque table refers to the diameter of the thread OD not the bolt head.

A M14 8.8 bolt should be torqued to 91.2 to 108 lb-ft.

For the low price of a torque wrench these days, I suggest using one for any larger fastener. Once a wheel comes loose or the loader frame has moved and rounded out the mounting holes, the costs to fix make the price of a torque wrench seem small.

Here are the complete installation instructions, had to load them in two parts due to file size.
The file I posted previously was just the first 5 pages since the file was too large and the torque specs are on page 5. I did not notice that "page 5" is actually the seventh page.
