I was looking on the internet to see what happens if a cow gets a magnet put in by the vet and and another one is already in there. In other words, what is the effect of two magnets.

Okay? I live in the mountains / woods not the country, so I'll ask the stupid question for everyone else so they don't have to. Why the hell would you put a magnet in a cow in the first place?

And do other Barnyard Critters also get this magnetic treatment?

I'm sure I could just Google it but I have more important things to do.

No just cows. They seem to manage to swallow all kinds of junk, and it settles in the rumen or the reticulum, parts of the stomach. The problem is the muscular action of the rumen tends to push nails etc through the walls of the stomach and into the heart which is behind it. The magnet collects the nails and keeps them out of the way.

Not so much of an issue with me. My feed is pre screened for metal and my hay is also metal free. The co op runs the feed under an electromagnet before it's put in the grain truck and delivered to my bulk bin so no metal in the ration.

Parts fall off harvesting equipment all the time. I fond various parts laying in the road regularly. Bolts, clips, rake teeth and other stuff. I once found a bumper walking my dog, but no vehicle to be seen. Driver must have been so loaded he didn't realize it had fallen off.
