I understand the concept, but have never done it, so I will just ask this questions and keep my red face to myself...

When one removes the line connected to the injector, how does he see the bubbles? I would be inclined to put a plastic tube on the end of the line somehow, and put the end of the tube in a jar of diesel, and watch for bubbles or lack thereof.

What do those who know what they are doing do?

You don't remove the line, you just crack the fitting, so that the fuel will either puddle or slightly congregate around the fitting.

It's actually quite easy to see the bubbles (they are foamy) as diesel being an oil tends to just stick together and you see the bubble (foam) in it.

After all the bubbles are out it will flow just a pure dribble of diesel with every pulse with no bubbles or foam. ;)

Russell, the 185 manual will do him little good, the l200 and L210 are way different in just about every aspect.

I told him to download the L210 manual from Kubotabooks.com, which will give him some answers, but not a lot as it's very lacking.

I figured that would be the case. But I had offered and he accepted so I felt obligated.

I have found little data about the L200 so can’t figure out what Kubota produced. But hopefully he can glean some general knowledge of Kubota designs that may have similar functionality.

Thanks Wolfman!

That information is now installed in my memory banks for future use if/when needed. :)

I recall that the video mentioned above is very thorough in showing how to bleed the injector system and shows fairly exactly what you want to see.

Time to become a paying member. It's a one time shot and between that and ad blocker, no swinsuits on my laptop.

OK.......... Thanks everyone.......... I still can't get it to start............ I'm thinking a hotter battery (More CCA).......... Do I need to depress the clutch?..... It has a 4ft. finish mower attached.......... It is in neutral......... Doesn't sound like it is cranking over very fast..........

Thanks again from ALABAMA.......... DCS ...................

Take the pto shaft off the tractor end so you know it is out of the equation!

Secure it to something away from the pto output shaft on the rear of tractor in case it turns for some reason. Or just take the whole implement off and out of the way.

Another Question?................ Should I attempt a valve adjustment???........ After watching some videos I was wondering if this might be the fix or maybe to have the starter rebuilt... (I have an old High School buddy that can do it)......

I am anxious, but I do have alittle bit of self control........

Thanks from ALABAMA.......... DCS .........

OK.......... Thanks everyone.......... I still can't get it to start............ Can't seem to get air out of the injection pump............. I've been cranking the engine and purging air out of a bolt at the top of the injection pump where the fuel line runs in from the fuel filter........ Should the engine STOP lever be in the stop OR run position while purging the air out of the injection pump....... (1) Crank engine (2) Crack bolt on top of injection pump.......... (Repeat)........ Recharge battery then repeat (1) and (2)...... No luck so far........ Could it be sucking in air from the fuel filter......... Previous owner said that he changed the filter....... Does it have a gasket.......... Also fuel tank has a line running from about midway out of the side of the tank to where the glow plugs are.......... Fuel is not above this line in the tank..... Could that be a problem...........

Thanks again from ALABAMA..........DCS.............

Someone else with more knowledge can reply, but I though you need to bleed air out of the system at the injectors, not at the line coming into the injector pump.

Perhaps you are not doing it correctly?

Just food for thought until someone with actual knowledge replies...

ALSO......... Could an inline electric fuel pump maybe correct this problem???
