I have an L2350 4WD with a loader. The joystick for the curl/dump function sticks in the cold. I have to give it a few raps with something to get it moving.
The plate on the joystick control valve says AT245C.

I can't find anything online as far as a replacement unit or a rebuild kit. Any ideas?

What model name a number loader do you have?

Could be as simple as water / rust / debri in the detent of the valve, that's a simple fix.

If it's any damage to the spool of the valve, you'll have to replace the valve as there is no way to repair it.

More info or suggestions on model name and number.

take the linkage apart and find out what it binding. Likely in the linkage and not the valve. They usually aren't very complex; thus fairly easy to repair. L35's were notorious (and B20's and B21's); pivot would become seized into the plate, had to beat the lever pivot out, clean the rust off with sandpaper, then lubricate it with a good grease and it'd be fine for a few more years. Might be your issue too.

What brand loader is it? Kubota? LB400? If so, they're set up similar to the L35/B20/B21 listed above as far as the linkages.

Is it a dual stick setup or a single joystick?

If it's a single stick design, then linkage might be an issue, if it's a dual stick then its a spool, load chek, or detent issue.

Sadly the Kubota manual pictures are terrible, can't see any detail.

I just looked up the rebuild kit's to fix it, Yikes, you might as well buy a new, better valve, as each kit is in the $125 range.
