Might try a search for something with the word "canopy" in it. There are several threads on the subject with a lot of folks opinions/ideas.

Depending on how handy and / or cheap you are:
I took 2 sort pieces of angle and used u-bolts to fasten to the top of the ROPS. I then took 2 4' pieces of 1" tube and welded them to the angle tipping lightly toward the front of the tractor. Then you can just put some plywood on the top and maybe 2X2 around the edge.
