I would doubt it since he is a couple of hours north of my location and there are several dealers between here and there.

Picked up my tractor this afternoon. Looked over before we left and noticed they hadn't installed the AG couplers we paid for, so they had to go back in and get them and install them.
Got it to the farm, went over everything and found the four bolts that were holding the 3rd valve shield in place was just barely thearded in. I hand tighten them and then and went and found a 12mm socket to finish tightening them.
We couldn't find anything else, so we unloaded the tractor, installed the grapple and the grapple worked great.

I had a talk with the owner's son who is over all their service departments. It was a very pleasant conversation. He was embarrassed by the service that was given. He explained the issues that they were currently having and then pointed out their issues did not excuse poor service. We talked for 20 minutes or so and I'm willing to give them another shot. It seems like he has a good plan that he will be implementing to try to prevent this type of situations from occurring to anyone in the future.
