I need to replace bushings in the front and rear axle supports for L3750 front axle. Would like guidance on how to remove the worn bushings from the supports.
Also Is there a way to increase the diameter of the bosses instead of replacing the bushings?
Appreciate the help

Pretty straight forward, jack it up and block the frame.
Replace the bushings and I recommend the seals too.
Reinstall lube, and adjust lash, then drop it and run.

No it is not easy, wise or needed, to increase the boss sizes.

Bit of a chore getting the old bushings out! I use my air chisel with a bushing splitter, works OK. others likely have other favorite methods

Nitroglycerin, C4, Dynamite, Plasma torch, mother in laws cooking!

Heck just buy new holders...Really looked up one a while back the holder and bushing were 20$ difference, not worth the hassle on that one.

Thanks for reply. The supports and bosses have so much wear that the spindle shaft from differential is offset that it has gap in oil seal and cannot align to the trans using the propeller shaft. Double acceptance gap specified in SM for both supports

??????????????? Those "holders" are almost $1000 dollars each and the bushings are about $30 here in Canada
( not to mention, the holders aren't even available from Kubota)
