OK a dumb one

Where are the wires for auxiliary lights by the tail lights under the fender on a BX? I know there is a pair of hot and return wires in there some place I just cant seem to find the *&*@&)_)* things

if I recall correctly, I believe my bx23 had them hanging on the right side just above the lift arms....blue wire in a clear flexible boot connector.

edit, looks like left side and red/black pigtails.

They may balled up in electrical tape. I thought my BX was missing these, but found them tightly wrapped up in tape.
