Is this a good deal?

Found a B7100HST in good condition with good mowing deck, about 1200 hours, nice seat and grill, no bad marks or damage, $3,900. Do you think this is a good deal? I already own a B7100HST in good condition but bad seat and grill, and wondering what it would sell for. Comments and advice are very welcome.

HSTD (4wd) or HSTE (2wd)

A B7100HSTD in my neck of the woods goes for some pretty good money, like 5K or better.
An B7100HSTE goes for a heck of a lot less.
