Any thoughts on adding rear wheel spacers on a BX23? Do they void the warranty?

Not sure about the warranty, but i put 2” spacers on my bx1860 when it was new 9 years ago. It made a huge difference, i have hilly terrain. Didn’t care about the warranty. I highly recommend them, had no problems. I did have to extend one anti scalp wheel axel on my 54” MMM to avoid interference.

SCUT and CUT tractors are just too tippy these days. Old ones were less tippy. Kubota need to widen them, and lower the CG, especially the B series.

I just put 1.5" spacers on my BX2380. Wanted 2", but got tired of waiting for them to come in stock on Amazon. Haven't used it much yet to see if I notice a difference.

In researching forums and online, I found many posts here and in other groups asking if they would cause damage. Not a single person knew of any BX that experienced damage or axle failure with spacers.

Bro-tek is good, don't get me wrong, but they are very proud of their product. I went the Amazon route. $33 for a pair, and these are tough enough for guys off roading in a Jeep. I doubt my little Kubota is going to break them anytime soon.

Thanks for the link.

I bought these and installed them last night.

piece of cake... they fit perfect, no issues.

.

a 3/8" drive Craftsman 13/16" deep socket fits in the holes no prob.

Ironic you said Craftsman. I had several 13/16" Craftsman sockets to choose from, only one fit. The rest seemed to be 1MM larger and wouldn't fit the hole.

for the record, my BX23s has a 60" MMM

2" spacers fit with room to spare....
I got curious and checked my BX2200 with 60” MMM.

On the right side there is about 2.5” or a little more clearance between the tire and the anti scalp wheel bracket. But on the left side there is exactly 1.5” clearance between the tire and the anti scalp bracket.

If I were looking for spacers, in my case 1” max would leave a little clearance. I would not risk going wider than 1”.

I don't have a MMM, and was thinking 3" spacers, figuring if you're going to widen the stance you might as well go as wide as possible. Is there such a thing as too wide?
