Being a vet from the Nam era, I never forget. Nice day to contemplate and watch the rain gauge fill up. So far, another inch.

God Bless America and Donald Trump.

Had a wild memorial day.....

flooding is getting bad and will get worse.

Got up at 0430, ate, showered, shaved, etc...headed to the fire dept to fill sandbags. Done there by 0800. Left there and drove about 120 mi to a friend's grave, laid flowers and a flag. Then to another's who was a Nam and Korea vet, got blown up in Korea lost use of most of his right side but still fought to drag race every weekend. Laid flowers and flags there too. Then to the southern part of the state, laid flags and flowers on 4 graves there. Headed back to fill more bags since nobody else was helping (but plenty needing bags) from 1700 to about 1830. Then headed to mom & dad's to say hi, then outta there by 1900, down to one of the cemetery's that I used to mow, laid a bunch of flags and a low more flowers on many different graves including 2 good friends who rest there. Home by 2100, prayed, went to sleep, get up at 0430 this morning and get ready to go work on some more Kubota's. Found out this morning that another vet (nam, korea) had a heart attack and is in hospital (surgery now) and is expected to be ok.

There ain't enough hours in a days' time
