The Big Tool Rack is NOT a toy!

I wanted to share with you all an implement I received the other day that is one of the BEST attachments I may have purchased for my tractor!
It is called the Big Tool Rack, and can be seen at bigtoolrack.com.
This is NOT a toy!
This thing was delivered so well wrapped and crated that it took over an hour to unpack the crate.
If there is a scratch on any part it is because YOU put it there! lol
I was amazed at the "beefiness" of the materials used in making this implement.
The subframe is HEAVY, and built to support a lot of weight.
All of the components are of heavy gauge steel.
Even the wheels on the "drop down legs" are heavy duty and made to last.
The owner of the company offered this tip to me as to assembling the implement:
"Assemble it ON the three point hookup".
What a great idea!
No bending over and constant lifting to get to everything. It was a real backsaver!
I purchased the BTR-FLD Ultimate.
It comes with ALL the accessories and was cheaper than to do "add ons" later.
Not only that, but I also take a LOT of stuff with me when I go to the fields and woods.
This thing has chainsaw holder, polesaw or trimmer holder, tool holders for shovels, rakes, axes, mauls, you name it!
Accessory straps for hammers, hatchets, pruners, etc.
Four tool bin boxes to carry chains, gloves, first aid kit, felling wedges, tape measure,
extra gas and oil for saws, sharpening tools, files, and whatever else you may want.
And all of this is on the OUTSIDE of the cargo box!
No wasted space here!
The cargo box itself is also heavy built and LARGE.
And it has a heavy duty tailgate with latches to insure all your stuff stays inside!
I can carry my chaps, helmet, cooler, my other tool boxes, water jugs, you name it.
It even has a two inch hitch receiver that you can slide your hitch into so that you can pull a trailer or log splitter with you allowing you to take even more stuff with you.
No running back and forth to get things which is a real time saver.
The uses for this implement are endless.
As I said earlier, it comes with drop down legs so that when you return from the field you can lower the legs, drop the 3 point, remove the top link, and roll your fully loaded cart into your shop and leave it!
No more wasted time loading and unloading.
Can you tell I am excited about this?!
Like a lot of you I have a small trailer that I took with me, and I even added a landscapers rack to it so I could carry MORE stuff with me.
Problem was, when I got my firewood cut abd stacked in the trailer I had no room to put all my tools back in the trailer and get to the shop without fear of something falling out.
So I would have to make two trips
And yes, I really stack my trailer full.
And I refuse to carry things in my FEL as I have heard too many horror stories of folks dumping there chainsaws and running over them!
Anyway, I am sorry for the long read, but this really is an impressive implement and is worth sharing.
If you want to see it in action check out YouTube's "Outdoors with the Morgans",
https://youtu.be/G0__AtKyu0k
This is where I first heard of the Big Tool Rack and was convinced enough to buy one, and I am glad I did!
Thanks Mike for providing that video.
And my thanks to the owner of Big Tool Rack, Tim Descoteaux for a wonderful product.

Proud employee?
Ha!
I wish I were!!!
Just a VERY SATISFIED customer that believes in giving credit where credit is due.
Mike Morgan's video is what turned me onto the BTR and gave me interest in purchasing it.
Do you not brag upon your purchases or share information that may save others a lot of time and trouble?
You know what the say about assumptions, and you just made one of yourself.

Looks pretty neat. Someone here mentioned these a long while back -- I think they were just looking at them.

Looks like a handy carry-all. The casters are a good touch - - unhook from tractor and roll around as needed.

Enjoy!

Some may think it is pricey, but I built a wooden carryall for the rear forks of my tractor.
I spent a third of the cost of the BTR, plus the labor, and I still did not have the carrying capacity of the BTR.
AND, as you noticed about the casters, alk I coukd do is drop the carryall off.
With the BTR I can use it as a work cart in my shed if I wanted to.

Just curious - - do you think they would be compatible with a Quick Hitch?

Looks like they are designed to accommodate all sorts of uses.. just wondering if they took that into account as well..

As far as cost, the ONLY one that needs to be okay with it is YOU!:D

Your happy with the purchase, and that's ALL that matters!:)

I too thought it was pricey at first.
But after having to load and unload my trailer every time I headed to the woods I started thinking of what my time was worth.
Also, no more multiple trips to the shed.
And I NEVER carry items in my bucket loader.
Heard wat too many horror stories.
Now I know this isn't for everyone.
But I at least wanted to show what is available to those that may be interested.
Like I said earlier, I never heard of the Big Tool Rack until I seen it on Youtube.

Thanks for the info. Lots of poorly made gimmicks out there. Seems this is well built and thought out. Things like that does come at a cost.
I can guarantee that this is NOT a gimmick!
I myself was surprised at how well built it is.
And all the accessories are well thought out.
I suppose I am more excited than I should be, but this is an item that I feel was worth every penney and that is hard to find these days.

LC12 - no worries....refer to my other post...that’s ALL that counts!!
Glad you’re happy with it, and thanks for sharing.
I would like to see it put to use - looks real handy, and QH compatibility is a great plus.

Enjoy!

It seems to be well built. It is way over priced despite the apparent structure.
I would think it would be handy in a few instances but overall....not so much.
If used on relatively smooth ground I can see it working fine. But when using the loader you need a relatively heavy counterbalance.....not a mobile tool box.
But if you are tooling around a compound unloading trucks with the forks and doing some light groundskeeping it could be handy.
I just don't see it in my future. But hey, if the OP likes and uses it that's great.
It's his opinion.
