I’ve had the rear remote kits on order for my B2650 Cab from my dealer for 4 months now and I’m being told that they can’t even tell me when they will be coming from Japan/Kubota. They’ve contacted their regional sales and they don’t know either. They also said that they will reach out to our Canadian neighbors as well. Seems these things are worth their weight in gold!
If anyone’s interested in helping, the part numbers are:
B7316 1st valve, base and lever kit and
B7317 2nd valve, base and lever kit
Any help finding these will be appreciated.
And yes, I’ve considered the DIY route but I like the fact that the Kubota kits will work well with my cab.

I feel your pain. I had my L3560 in for service and to install the rear remotes last year. Service was done and a few other things I wanted done, but the remotes that came in were the wrong ones, but the tractor was already pulled apart for installation and it took over six weeks before it was finally finished. Very disappointed. Good luck.

Waited 3 months for Kubota 3rd function, but settled for a Land Pride. Rumor is that Kubota had recalls regarding their hydraulic hose supplier. Kubota is apparently under high demand.

I just got a B2650HSDC with 3rd function and notice it was a Land Pride item.
Seems many things sold at a Kubota dealer are Land Pride. Must be some collaboration there.

Call Keith Cromweldt at Carleton Farm Supply. Keith might have them in stock he's has a ton of Kubota stuff.

Some stuff is getting a little tight with the tariff thing going on.

Kubota bought Great Plains (Land Pride) last year. However I don't believe the valve stacks are made there.

Not much to take apart (other than routing the actuation cables and levers). The remote valve stack is as simple as removing the blanking plate, adding the valves and topping off with the blanking plate.

Well for Pete’s sake! If it were just hoses I could have them made up here at my Kubota dealer or a local shop. That’s ridiculous!
And by the way...... just WHO is Pete and why is it ALWAYS FOR HIS SAKE?

I bought a Kubota brand, not Landpride or WR Long installed by a Kubota dealer. It was for an L4240 tractor. I went in and ordered it, paid then because the price quoted was NICE, and waited about 9 weeks for delivery.

Some 3rd functions valve kits are made for specific Kubota models, some are made by Landpride for specific models. To my knowledge the two manufactures do not cross manufacture model numbers. However, I think WR Long makes kits for most anything, and many Kubota dealers sell and install WR Long kits.

I wanted the Kubota kit because the lines going up front are steel and fit in the brackets already on the inside of the loader arms. Looks nice, neat, professional with no hoses there!

Interesting. When I installed my loader mounted remotes, the additional hoses slipped right into the fabric sheath that contains the loader hoses that keeps them in place under the guide that prevents them from rubbing the hood., so I have the exposed hoses mounted to the steel pipes leading up to the front of the loader. Probably could have flared steel line and did it that way but I didn't.

Mine works fine for the use intended.

Just got off the phone with Carlton and the saga continues.
Apparently they have had them on back order since JULY.
Rumor has it that the “Base” kit is not available which is an adaptor block of sorts that mounts to the HST and the 1st and 2nd (and 3rd for non cabs) valves stack onto it. Japan isn’t committing to dealers when it will be available again.

Tried Messicks too. :(
Nobody has them in stock and everyone has had them on back order for months now.
The valves are not in short supply and the 2nd lever kit is available too.
Problem child seems to be the Base and 1st lever kit.
C‘mon Kubota...... fix this!

Worth a shot. Keith always seems to have what I need in stock. Did you try Redline in Adrian on M52? Which is the old Dans Farm Equipment, they are (or at least were a big Kubota dealer. I bought a few tractors from them when they were Dans. I switched to Carlton some years back. Got a better price from Keith and a better trade in too.

Cannot answer that for sure. They used to sell Kubota, maybe they don't anymore.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

FINALLY!!! Apparently, Santa’s sleigh had a break down but he finally came through!
I called my dealer this past Saturday to find out about the 3rd function kit I ordered came in and they told me no, but my rear remote 1st base and lever kit came in.
You would have thought my underwear was on fire cause I flew off my chair and got to the dealer driving my truck like I stole it.
I got back home and preassembled the kit and then got to the part in the instructions about having to REMOVE the kit from the tractor to ADD THE 2nd remote. Well that put the skids on the installation because Ive ordered the 2nd remote as well and its on the way so no sense in putting on the 1st now if I have to take it back off to add the 2nd. :(
Oh well, back in the box it goes until the 2nd shows up.
It does look to be an easy install overall and shouldnt take long to do.
There are 2 small O-rings that go in between the base and HST that I dont want to risk losing by removing it so I only want to do this once and its too cold here now to do it twice.

If worried about losing them, perhaps now would be a good time to match up a few spares and have them on hand. It will be like insurance... If you have spares the originals won't be lost and you know what will happen if you don't.:D

I hope the wait isn't too much longer.
