Same with me. 110 gallon transfer tank in the pickup truck for field fills (remember I farm) and a 1500 gallon bulk tank next to the barn. I like having the 1500 gallon tank because I can buy my fuel when the price is lower., plus it gets delivered.I hated cans, so bit the bullet years ago and fuel my stuff from a transfer tank in the truck with 12v FillRite pump, filter, and auto shutoff nozzle.

That is what I used to use before I went to the "No Spill 5 Gal can" because I spilled to much fuel trying to hold the can.5 gal can with an EZ pour spout. Dumps the fuel fast.

Very cool set up.Here are pics of what I use. I found a white 30 gallon drum (so I can monitor the fuel level and fabricated the rest from things just around the shop. The bungs are the same as the 45 gallon drum. I load this on the Carry-all behind the B7100 and drive to the local gas stop about 1/4 mile away. Had to add a strobe light to the ROB as local gendarmes could not see the orange flashers, and gave me a warning.
I just pressurise the tank to 5 or 6 lbs , place the fitting into the tank, open the valve and voila! Have to give it a shot of air now and then to keep up the flow, no spill or mess to clean up. As an added bonus, I also use this setup to fill my home furnace oil tank in winter, 30 gallons at a time, and save 35 cents per litre from the fuel delivery price. Makes a difference when you are on a fixed income!
