What is the correct way to check the oil level in the front axle on my B21 and what is the fluid type to be used etc?
Ask other Idaho operators.......and there are several! I would say in the winter, you will want a S-UDT2 in there. 80w90 might be a bit "thick" when you want to go plow some snow ....when the temps hit single digits! Where as S-UDT2 will pour somewhat like water at those temps. What is the correct way to check the oil level in the front axle on my B21 and what is the fluid type to be used etc?
Is that the "yellow" plastic thing on the top of the axel itself?B21, UDT or SUDT will work great.
Dipstick on the right hand top.
