I have a F3680 that when you are traveling and let up on the speed control pedal to stop the engine revs up higher and is slow to idle back. The mower has 1900 hrs. I have replaced the injectors, fuel filters, and adjusted the valves. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

That's odd.. not unheard of.. but I sure hope its not the gov.. you def. NEED a repair manual to repair it. Its not hard, just need some instructions.
The gov, parts are engine oil lubed.. what are the chances its "gummed-up"??
OR the fuel is gummy.??

What happens when you are going along and you push the pedal directly back to neutral?
There is a service manual available here
When you take it back to neutral the rpm's increase, then when you bring the throttle back it takes it a bit for the rpm's to settle back down. Thanks for the service manual link :)

That is a possibility. Although the oil has been changed every 100 hrs. If it is gummed up, is there an easy access to it or would it have to be removed to clean?

It's more likely to be a damaged or missing spring. ;)

Anything is possible.. How do you know the springs are there? Is there an inspection side cover? If so, reach in & move the control rack w/ your finger.. it should slid VERY freely.
Most Kubota's have 2 covers, the throttle linkage cover and a stop lever cover.
with both covers off you can see just about everything you need to. ;)
