And assuming there's no "stock" fix to allow for both with R3 turf tires? I've seen some go with 3350 tires on the 2650 but I'd imagine that's just even more of a problem (wider/bigger).

The 2650 and 3350 share the same tire sizes.

The "stock" fix is R3 tires on R4 rims. Either than or make installing and removing the spacers part of your annual switch over from winter to summer.

Ah interesting...isn't there something with tires/wheels of the 3350 vs the 2650 that some were putting the 3350s on the 2650? I'll see if I can dig out the posts on it, I came across them in the past here.

Then there is the issue of are chains even necessary... I got by the first year without them. And we had significant snows the first year I had my tractor. Thats the only reason I have spacers, I don't need them for stability....

And how much increased stability do the spacers offer? Not just from the butt dyno, but actual....

You may be correct.. I know Ive played around with the build a tractor part of kubota and they share tire sizes. They share frames as well.

Right. I've been thinking about that too. How much does it really help. I'm on flat land, so I'm not going to worry about the stability aspect of spacers at the risk of dealing with a MMM not fitting properly. But I do understand the roll over concerns of some and the narrow frame of the B series.

I have R4's and a 72" mmm on my cabbed b2650, no problems, I also decided this year to add 2" spacers each side. Still no problems.

Be advised that both standard and optional sized R-4 tires are available for the B2650/3350.

MMMs are compatible with the standard size R-4 tires but not the optional size R-4.

Yeah that explains it, I think the posts I read were about R4 tires, not R3 tires. There is only one size R3 for both the 2650 and 3350 as you said.

The first option are the same for the 2650 and the only option for the 2650.

They share r3 tire sizes.

Picking the larger r4 tires on the 3350 negates the ability to have a MMM.

I cant remember if I still had the r4 tires when I installed my spacers. Im inclined to say I didnt.

But the 60" deck worked fine with the r4 tires and no spacers.

Good stuff. Either way I have to go with the R3s for mine. Still debating between the 60 and 72. I checked yard clearances, and I can get away with the 72...just seeing some pretty good deals around on used 60s (like $1000-1200). Not sure I'd drop the $3500 on the 72, that's a big difference and I only have 3/4 acre, so I can get by on the 60. With winter coming in a few months, people might be blowing out 72s and 60s anyway...so that's in the back of my mind versus getting it new with a financed Kubota tractor package.
