2360 Radiator removal

I have everything loose/drained.
Looks like the rad & shroud has to come out together, but can't get pass the fan

what am I missing here?

Either pull the fan, still might not have enough room to pull it out because of the water pump, or split the radiator from the shroud, the shroud will move forward and the radiator will come up.

Yep Great advice Tks
Once I got the alternator out of the way, The shroud moved forward over the fan, then the rad lifted out with a bit of wiggle
