I have a Great Bend 330 on my L345DT. It runs off of my tractor hydraulics and its fairly slow unless I rev the engine to the top and even then its not all that fast.

I cant dump the bucket AND raise the boom at the same time. Is this an issue with the volume my tractor hydro puts out?

I can not speak to the GB 330 but the specs for the 10/20 series are
3.2 and 4.2 GPM @ 1800 PSI and are suitable for 10-30 HP Tractors.

I am not sure if mine will raise and dump at the same time,
will have to check on that? :D

It sounds like you have a worn pump and/or relief valve issue.

The OEM pump had 6.4GPM so should be more than enough to run it.

First thing I would do is do a pressure test, cheap and easy.
pressure should be in the range of 1920psi to 2130psi.

Uh oh...the more I read on here, the more I figure out all the problems with my tractor. I'm having the same issues with a 1200FEL on my L245DT

Another possibility is the way someone has hooked up the loader, has it not working properly.
I've seen some pretty strange Hydraulic hook ups over the years.

The issue with the valve is most likely just the design of the valve, older cheaper valves will only let one spool work at a time.

Maybe I mis described the speed but by slow I mean at full throttle, it takes say 7 seconds for the boom to raise all the way up and maybe 5 to full range of motion on bucket.

I assume the manual will tell me the procedure for pressure testing? Like where to screw in a gauge?

The fluid looks newish but i havent checked out the suction screen below the pump yet.

Some of the newer stuff is the same way. Had a guy bring me a L3800 that had a Woods loader on it, says it won't curl and lift at same time. After looking at the valve, it's not supposed to. Guy saved a couple hundred bucks on the loader when he bought it new; now wishes he'd have gotten the Kubota loader. The Kubota's valve has a regen function which allows it to function two different ways at the same time; where a lot of the aftermarket stuff doesn't have that. My MF doesn't have it either and it upsets me every time I go to use the loader!

Will an aftermarket newer valve like a joystick control one fix the issue? I realize I may have a volume or pressure issue too but as far as 2 controls at once.

Not sure if it will fix the problem, that depends on what it is,
this is the one I got for my M10 model (the stock one was leaking like a sieve).....
