Any way to increase rollback angle on bucket?

My tractor is an L4310 with an LA681 loader on it.

I recently installed a SSQA on the loader. I found that while everything works well, I did lose a bit of rollback angle on the bucket. If I remember correctly off the top of my head, the SSQA adapter mount pins are 3/4" farther apart than the pins on the bucket were.

Is there anything I can do to increase the rollback angle or do I just have to live with it?

If I do have to live with it, the added convenience of the SSQA is worth it.

Unless you have the fabrication skills to move the pin locations on the SSQA you pretty much have to live with it, and yes when you decide you want QA forks, a grapple or other different sized buckets, the SSQA adapter is completely worth the hassle.

Was the SSQA adapter a stock adapter?
Is the bucket a new bucket or an altered one?

I am pretty handy with a torch & welder, but I just can't bring myself to start hacking away on a brand new $500 attachment.
And yes, the SSQA has already proven itself to be worth its weight in gold.

The adapter is a Kubota L2228. The bucket is OEM (I'm not sure the P/N of the bucket). I cut the mounts off the bucket & welded an adapter plate to it. The mounting angle of the bucket itself didn't change.

The loader is an LA681. Kubota literature does not show an SSQA for my loader. Based on my research here and other places, I found that they do make 2 different SSQA that are "close enough" to work.
Part numbers L2228 and L2230 are both close enough to be made to work on the LA681/682 loaders. Based on availability, I went with the L2228.

The problem is that the mount holes on the SSQA aren't spaced the same as the ones on the bucket were. Because of that, I gained dump angle and lost some rollback angle.
I was wondering if there was a way to add an extra pivot of some sort to increase the rollback angle. I've tried searching but came up empty.

It's possible that the angle on the back of the OEM pin on bucket is different than the angle of the SSQA bucket, because you said you gained on dump but lost on roll back.

You could change the angle of the SSQA mount on the back of the bucket to make up for this.

If you post some pictures of what you have, I might be able to give you a little more to go on.

After taking a closer look, I realized that I was mistaken about gaining dump angle. I actually lost a bit because of the shape of the mounts on the SSQA.

I was looking it over yesterday and the only thing I see to change anything would be some cutting & welding on the new adapter. I'm not crazy about the idea of that, so I'm going to hold off and see how it works this summer in the fields before I make any rash decisions about modifications.

The previous owner had converted from pin to ssqa on mine. He must not have read the label on the plate that showed the angle from the bottom of the bucket to the ssqa plate. It was just welded on the flatest part of the bucket. Hence it lost about 20 degrees roll back, it should be 45 deg. Without cutting and remounting the whole plate, I've only come up with one other option. Shorten the link between the cylinder and the top pin. I've been putting off dealing with it because I don't know what else it might effect. .....and to find the time.

The other thing I've considered is just to buy a new/used bucket. Preferably a tooth bucket, that way I can switch back and forth from digging to smoothing or clearing snow.

Here's a way to get more roll back. Notice how the quick attach plate is moved back at the bottom (easily seen in the third picture).
