Kubota L3800: for about a year, tractor would occasionally have difficulty starting. When key is turned, a clicking sound (and no start) would occur from either starter or solenoid. After a few tries, tractor would eventually start.

Today, tractor started with no issues. Shut tractor off for approximately one minute. Turn key to start and nothing. No clicks, no crank, just ignition lights. Turned key to the left and glow plugs seem to work. After a few attempts, clicking sound returned when key was turned. Tractor eventually started after quite a few attempts.

Has to be electrical.... Starter, solenoid, wiring, something else?

Sounds like a loose or corroded connection.

Yup....
the fact that the battery has enough to spin the engine says it is not at fault.

Take the wire from the neg post off......then the pos side off, clean the pos first and where it goes back to the starter if possible.

then take the neg off the frame/engine and clean it - then clean the first connection at the battery. While doing all of this, look carefully at the cables, especially under the insulation.

Also - check the pto safety switch - while turning key when it will not turn over, move the PTO lever. Yours might have a seat switch too - bounce a bit while turning the key.

Sounds crazy......but one of those is going to be the problem more than likely;)

From the video it sound like a poor ground connection. As stated clean all your connections well.

Check your connections at starter solenoid for corrosion. I had a similar issue with my B2400, after cleaning the spade connectors, it worked like new!!
