Wow. I feel bad. I live in Atlantic Canada and my b2650 is left outside all year long to fend for its self. Starts and runs great every time whether it's sunny or a meter of snow.

What is "a meter of snow"? Is that a unit of measure? [emoji12]

Going into my second winter with the BX. My process is going to start with painting warn surfaces and greasing my summer implements. I'm also going to apply a teflon coating to my blower and plow and grease the blower and blade (the swivel joint can stick a little grease helps when you need to swing it arround, I don't like to fight things when it is cold outside).
Next time I buy diesel I'll be adding a fuel treatment at the higher rate they list (I try to remember to treat every time at the lower rate for the lubrication). If a service is due soon I'd do that before it gets cold, I'd hate to change fluids in Feb.
Also have shear bolts on hand for the blower and make sure they are the right ones. I learned that when I broke one the day before Christmas Eve. Then the other one (thought I had both kinds, but one set was the wrong part number) New Years Eve.
My tractor lives in a unheated shed, it keeps it a little sheltered, but a wind from the wrong direction will blow snow in the gables and on the tractor. I have a block heater, and have a plug setup to make it easy to hook up, but haven't used it. Most of the time when it snows it is above 0F, and a few seconds on the glow plugs is all it needs.
The other thing to think about is work lights. I've got a lot of light on my tractor and almost always end up using them for snow removal, and I have to be on the road just before dawn so it is dark when clearing snow. It make the job easier when you can see where you are going, the little headlights are a bit underwhelming.
Not on the tractor but I'll also be setting up markers soon to make sure I don't hit a couple of things. It is a bit harder to see things like a short block wall when it is obscured by a drift and you're on the operators seat.
