So, I've mounted 3 LED work lights on the ROPs bar of my L4310...but I cannot find the "work light" circuit. On my B2920 it was located right under the right fender...just two bullet plugs.

I see nothing like this under either fender of the L4310. There is a "Work Light Circuit" labeled in the fuse box with a 10A fuse in it.

Thoughts?

I didn't like the size of the wires under my fender on my L3000. I bought a double insulated cord from Home Depot and ran it from the battery to the dash. Put switches in the dash and then to the lights. I figured that was better than hoping the factory wires would carry the load.

This is likely what I'll do as well. I've already bought an inline fuse kit. The B-series wires were small but the fuse is listed at 20A. I'd be amazed if those small wires could handle 20A.

If I remember correctly, (it has been a number of years). my circuit was taped up near the rear fender light (L3130). It currently is routed under the PTO lever cover to supply power for the LED canopy lights. It's back there someplace.

Also tested a number of 18, 27 and 36 watt LED lights and found their publish or claimed wattage or current draw is overstated. This can work in your favor as the total load would be easily handled by the small diameter wire.
