Cleaning exhaust off of loader

There is black residue all over my loader from my exhaust when starting my tractor.

Do others clean it? If so what is the method? Chemical?

If normal cleaning won't do it rubbing compound will.

If you really want to drop some money powerbrite will do it too. I second the simple green.

I washed mine and then used wax to remove the rest. A polishing compound or wax should do the trick.

I usually just cover mine with mud.

Add a dpf filter, presto no exhaust residue keeps your lungs cleaner too!

that was the main reason for turning my exhaust down on my BX25!

Just put it on a rag and wipe, should come right off.

Dirt usually rubs it right off..

I bought mine to use. A little soot doesn't seem to cause any malfunctions. Also as suggested mud will hide it.

WD-40 works good on a rag, well rub the loader with the rag.
