FEL moves on its own! Help!

I have a L245DT. FEL moves on its own, specifically the tilt. When it hits the hard stops it will squeal loudly. Whenever this happens I will shut the engine down not wanting anything to rupture. Hyd fluid changed less than 20 hours. Filter was cleaned. Only the tilt will do this, the lift is fine. I've taken the loader valve apart and cleaned it, extremely dirty but still didn't fix the issue. It seems like something is overdriving the pressure to that valve. When this happens the lever is very hard and will not move.

Can you explain this statement a little better?

I assume "When this happens" you mean the Tilt feature starts to move...

I guess I have no idea what you mean by "the level is very hard and will not move"... What's "the level"?

When it starts to move, have you tried to move the Tilt valve in the other direction?
You are correct. When the tilt starts to move I'll try to move the lever but nothing will happen. Feels like there's pressure preventing it from being moved. Example: Something driving the tilt up. Cannot move lever to tilt down.

Once engine is off there is still pressure there. Pressure cannot be relieved. 3pt relieve just fine.

You can take the valve apart and replace o-ring seals, but the spools and valve body are a very close tolerance and parts from another valve do not interchange. So you can take the spools out and replace o-rings. If that does not cure the problem, and it is the valve body, you need to replace it. Some place like Surplus Center will have what you need, if it comes to that.

Update:

So I replaced the valve body and all of the hoses except for one which I couldn't loosen. I also plugged in a pressure gauge into the "in" feed line right before the valve body. Got it started up yesterday but there is no pressure. Cycled the levers a few times and still nothing. What else could be wrong?

Update:

So I replaced the valve body and all of the hoses except for one which I couldn't loosen. I also plugged in a pressure gauge into the "in" feed line right before the valve body. Low on oil? If you had pressure before replacing valve, should still have pressure now. Hoses connected incorrectly.

Fluid is fine. I just had to fully cycle the levers a few times. I do have a question about pressure now. When the lift pistons are active its at about 400psi and the tilt is about 200psi. Is this normal pressure with load/no load? When they reach their min/max extension/retraction the pressure will jump to 2000psi as you see in the video. Link to video below. Let me know what you guys think.

Yes that looks normal, there is not a lot of pressure (resistance) till you load it or dead head it.
Take it out and lift some dirt, if it lifts it it's good! ;)

I do have a question about where the relief valve is. I see a drawing in the parts manual so I think I have a good idea of what it looks like but where is it exactly on the tractor? I have read others describing where it is but it's kind of hard to pin-point it if you have never seen it before. Actual pictures and not drawings are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
